By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders

At present, all Viem garments are produced on a made-to-order basis.

An order is considered confirmed only upon successful payment.

Production begins once your order has been confirmed.

Dispatch timelines are typically 10–14 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

As each garment is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

Product Information

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Pricing & Availability

Viem reserves the right to update product prices, discontinue products, or modify product information without prior notice.

In the event of pricing inaccuracies, stock unavailability, payment issues, or any unforeseen circumstance, Viem reserves the right to cancel an order.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
